A safe space for those wounded or overlooked to find comfort, restoration and a new beginning in Christ.  In Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus said..." Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

The River in Troup began with a deep passion to create a home church where everyone feels seen, welcome and deeply loved.  We are committed to fostering genuine relationship and extending grace, just as Jesus taught us.
